2 Packets of Chocolate Flavoured Biscuits
1 Packet of Parle G Biscuit
2 Spoons of Milk Powder
2 to 3 Spoons of Milk
2 to 3 Spoons of Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate Vermicelli
: Procedure :
We will take 2 packets of Parle G Biscuits and one packet of Chocolate Flavored Biscuits to make Modak. Now mix the two and crush them. Powder the biscuits. We will add two teaspoons of milk powder. Adding milk powder gives Mawa flavor in Modak. In the same way now we will mix the two. Now add a little milk and mix. Adding a little more milk loosens the excess. You can also add ground peanuts in this mixture. Now take a little ghee in hand and take its modak wali. If you have the mold to make Modak, you can make it in it and if you don’t, you can also make it by hand. We will make all the modaks. Now we will put chocolate syrup on it. Then add vermicelli to it. The chocolate modak is ready.
